Broken wire help please

I've got a broken wire that connects to the rear wiper motor the wire has broke just behind the boot hinge how do I get access to it to fix it via the rear pilla help please help does the pilla clip off ? Advice please or pics would be a massive help thanks peeps its the black and brown wire

Can you access it via the roof? Pull the little bit of roof off then you should be able to pull the liner down. or is it actualy in the pillar. think you have to remove the black trim in the boot then the pillar trim

I managed to take off the black trim to get to the wires but they are all taped up in this black fabric tape so guessing I'd have to take the tape off to find the break but thinking is it worth checking the relay before I start taking things apart the only problem Is I don't know where the relay is or how to get to it
