Going to disagree with most people and say leave the grille as is. I've got mine the same and unpainted, personally I feel it flows well into the black bumper trim. Looks a nice car dude!

You might struggle to colour match the grill if you respray it yellow, the yellow paint is prone to fading, it will stick out like a sore thumb.

Would look better if you can colour match it though. Nice motor, agree with the black solitudes, bet the colour concepts are getting rare now.

yeah leeroy not seen many in person, came across 2 colour concepts on the road And that's been it. Both in black of course. Going to get the grill done in the next few weeks when wages are in bank and I will order some paint. Do you think it would be worth painting the full grill yellow or just the bottom
Bar? :)

If it were me, i'd do the bottom part of the grill yellow only, leave the slats black

I think both look good but i'd be doing the slats yellow IMO, just so it looks standard from the factory. You don't need to dress it up so it looks different to other golfs, cus you've already got a rare special edition golf thats different to other golfs anyway.

But like anything, its your golf, do what you think looks best, everyone will have different opinions on here. Do the bottom bit first and spray the slats yellow later if you fancy a change, or you can always buy another grille and do both!!!
