Good work bud, looks alot cleaner. Although that exhaust is annoying me! needs to be higher into the bumper personally. What do the magnex systems sound like?

Yes i thought that, i had to have a new bracket welded on so it would fit, i was told it came off a 16v but obviously not, (i thought the 8v,16v and vr6 were the same). I think it sticks out a bit far and hangs a bit low, but im skint now so will have to live with it.

It is quieter than the standard one i took off (its only the back box by the way) but that used to rattle like mad, you can tell its on but its not loud at all, gives a nice note when your giving it a bit of throttle though, im happy with it and my neighbours will be as well at 6 in the morning!!! not too in your face.

That's a nice looking Anniversary. What lining tape did you use for the bumpers and trim?

Looks good but my god sort out that exhaust.  The 8v exhaust is a different size to the 16v and VR6 (which are the same).

Think I may get some of that tape, bring back the red on my bumpers as the pinstripe has faded a fair bit.

Keep up the good work.

i have a magnex cat back with centre box delete on mine , not that loud unless you give it beans and 70+ its loud but can be quiet when you want it to be

to sum up sounds good , want to get a single tip box for mine now as they annoy me how they never sit straight , but made mine fit with the help of my welder and some cuttong here and there , and worried if i get a new box i will end up with some fart cannon !

Cheers for the exhaust feed back guys. I want a new system on mine but dont want anything loud, something a bit raspy on over run ect. I too prefer single exits, purely because all the twin exit systems are too big and look daft.

Agreed, had an oval single exit on my 8v stupid loud, looked cool but fancied a change, plus my anni had twin exit exhaust from the factory so its like an uprated version of factory spec. Its a bonus its not too loud until you give it some, you know its there but everyone doesn't think your a chavvy little pr**k!!!

Agreed though, need to have it not hanging so low so it looks less obvious.

Found some spacers in the garage as well so going to space the back out a bit as well so not so tucked, as long as it doesn't cause issues with the arches.
