Low outage on headlight?!

Hi all, for my Mot it says 1 headlamp has a low outtage. It does seem a bit dimmer. What can i do to solve this? Thanks

Try another bulb it might be on its way out.

Defo not bulbs coz i changed both headlamps back to the originals and its doing it still :-( where will the earths be?

Can you or mechanic get a length of single cable and attach to battery then to live terminal of headlight.
If its better then there is a cable fault.
If no better then it could be an earth.

im having a simular thing my drivers light is fine but the passenger one only the side light comes on.
looking at these bulbs, any good?
