How often do you wash/clean your car?

So how often does everyone wash they beloved VWs?

I like to keep mine resonabley clean. Living in the city helps with that as there's no lanes or tractor routes so mud is very low. Running drilled discs creates a lot of dust though so I usually wash the wheels at least once a week.

I'd probably say two to three times a month in the summer but she usually gets a right good clean and polish if I'm going to a show. I'm afraid I can't be @arsed in the winter though and she does get neglected a little when it's cold and wet but I'll take it to the £5 car wash just to get all the cr@p off it.

Natural car oils combined with dirt can make you waterproof all the things a mk3 needs for sailing tarmac sea.

pretty much every week unless i'm busy, sometimes twice a week if it gets ultra dirty or bird shat upon

I give the car a clean once a week,and the BBS splits a clean three times a week

it depends on the weather!!! if its good i clean it alot, but that can be a nightmare as when the suns out its harder work, if its sh!tty weather then theres no point. it used to be every week, sometimes a few times a week, but recently its been every other week. in fact i'm planning on washing it tonight!

try to do it once a week, i live right in the sticks so it gets filthy really quick!
