Wot are people runing there cars on I cont decide on coilovers or shocks and spring I wot the comfort ride could do with a bit of advise on wot ulot are using a wot u think if this makes any sense

It would make more sense if you stopped replacing other letters with 'o' :grin:

This topic has been covered more times than I can remember, try using the search facility and see what that brings up.

In a nutshell though, coilovers are good for going low but unless you go for some decent ones (E.g. KW V2's) the ride will be pretty harsh, bouncy and crashy.

Springs and shocks offer more comfort but your stuck with the ride height.

Speaking to a lad at venom motorsport today and he is runing fk high sport coilovers any one using them he had them on almost very car he had

Got them on my vr. They're good but when low they're no different from my joms.

Running FK's on mine and they are ok for the money, they do go quite low but i'd sit on a pillow or get some bupa cover before you go really low
