Hey everyone just hoping someone can answer me this question, whats the biggest diameter steel wheels available in 5x100 Golf mk4 fitment? Is 16's as big as they go or can you get 17s?

Damn, had an idea, and i'm sure i'm not the only one to have ever thought about this. Just think it'd be a different route to go down as opposed to alloys all the time.

Pretty sure they were a space saver 17", which people get banded to make them wider.
I often wonder why people never expect sarcastic comments from me - they're the only reason I speak...

There was a company making OEM 17" steels in USA a while back, haven't seen any in UK though. Oh how about Subaru wheels didn't they make a 17" steel?

Not sure but aren't the offsets for scooby wheels stupidly large as a rule?

Yes they tend to be around et40 to et45
