I do not get the adjustable bit...

My new exhaust tips were first measured, sawed and fitted with a few weldings ...after a final look I approved (same protusion as the original ones) and with the final welding they were mounted in place with a small metal colar.

The Milltek is a modular design so the tips fit over the pipe and bolt on allowing you to set how far you want them to stick out, the Milltek grows a couple of centimetres when warm

But surely when they are finally adjusted they need to be welded otherwise they will be moving about in the future due to hot/cold...besides the practical reason I personally do not like a bolted look....a bit Halford-style  :evil:

The Milltek has some really nicely engineered spring clips that are engineered to expand/contract

Okay did not know that...anyway they are the nicest tips around so quality should be top notch I expect  :wink:
