Guys,
Whats the stupidest, LOUDEST dump vave i can get for my 90hp 1.
9tdi mk3 golf wagon
Has to be ridiculous.

Dump valves don't work on diesels, or they don't work well. Don't do it.

This OEM+ motor has turned into custom, and gone on to be of comedy value
So now i thought, loud d-valve to match its LOUD appearance

I think the way a diesels works dump valves just don't work. Ummm, I'm sure there is a thread about it in the mk4 maintenance section somewhere!  :undecided:

diesels have no throttle air restriction, like a petrol does, so totally pointless.....
You only ever need two tools in life. If it moves and it shouldn't use Duct Tape. If it does not move and it should, use WD40.
