Brother sent off his iPod to Music Magpie in June, no word from them, ring them up to enquier about it, they reply with 'Oh, we haven't had it yet'
It's october, how the fxck can they not have it by now!? Went through their courier service too, who were rather bloody rude & didn't give us any form of tracking number despite me nagging him to do so, so both themselves and the couriers are getting a strongly worded letter, email & phone call from a heavily pregnant, pxssed off lady.
Rang head office up the other week & I asked the lady, rather politely, which I don't normally do, what she thought about the matter & assured me someone from customer services would ring me back. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard from them, even when I've rang customer services myself, no one has bothered to answer, it's always gone through to one of those horrid automated voice thing. I'm not traveling to Maccslefield to bang heads together, but god damnit! I want that iPod back!
Anyone else had problems with these guys in the past? I've sent DVDs & CDs off to them before & I've never had a problem, it just seems like they can only fxck up with the electronic side of things!
Sorry, it's more of a general rant if anything, but I really, really am fumin'.
