my heater isn't blowing on the windscreen anybody know we're the cable that runs from the facia, not the blue one and not the black one that runs down underneath next to the blue one ?

Have a look at the heater matrix how to in the miantenance section. It's more likely that the foam on your heater flaps has perished, meaning it won't get specificaly directed towards the windscreen vents.
