Just arrived for a long weekend in Wales and locked the keys on the boot of the loan Jetta my dealer lent me! Wounded, bleated the call centre telling them the wife was stranded on her own and they came out straight away, broke in and job done. Great service!!!!!

 Yep the break down services be it VW AA RAC (Suzuki Assist :laugh:) get out straight away if it involves a female being on there own...I did the same thing(got the mrs to say she was on her own) that is, a few years ago...it worked a treat and they were out within 30mins....it just shows you that you really shouldn't be waiting so long if they can get out that quick for a women, as if it was a fella they quote 90mins :angry:

True but either way a great service, my dealer even couriered the spare key over night which got here this morning. Think I owe him a few beer tokens!
