Already have Jelly Bean on my S3 4g and its super smooth.

Yeah it came out of the box with JB - which annoyed the S3 community because if the LTE i9305 has JB, so the i9300 should have had an update as they're practically the same phone!

S3 users on the 3 network should be able to get JB now.

You'll need to roll back to a stock 3 firmware then check it on KIES or OTA, I wouldn't download the ROM and flash it over the Polish one just yet - let others try it out and see if it's OK to do in case it causes FC's, meaning you need to roll back to a stock firmware anyway.

Oh

Jay are you getting any battery drain? Been reading up on it and apparently samsung apps awake the device every few minutes. I've turned the recommended ones off and still getting drain, check it out.

Khare go back to the previous screen and see what apps have been using the battery. I'm currently on about 19 hours with 24% left

I can get over 24 hours, but tbh, now days I only use my phone for texts, facebook, checking emails - I'm not a heavy user anymore, mostly due to lack of time !!!!
