Difference between US and Euro Bumpers
« on: 01 October 2012, 22:22 »
Hey guys,

There is a chap on eBay selling US MK3 Front Bumpers.

I like the look of the side marker lights.

Are there any differences between the US and Euro Front Bumpers other than the side markers?
(The chap on eBay says there are)

Splitter and side repeaters.

Link?

And ask him what they are because you don't know.

So far, I can see they stick out a bit further, have side markers, a different splitter and no number plate recess.

He mentions different indicators and grilles?

I think I will fire a question over to him.

I'd be concerned that it is all one piece and could crack if you hit the splitter..

I don't think it's one piece, you can just make out a line in the centre of the splitter.

Moulded to look like a genuine two piece item, it quite clearly states it is a one piece bumper & splitter.

Clearly says "spoiler not removable"
