I don't have a guide as such but I did the same a year ago. Not too bad tbh. I found the wiring that goes down to the map sensor on the intercooler hard as you have to remove your screen wash resevoir for better access. But as I remember disconnect all the pipes from the manifold thee are some under the manifold which are easy to forget! Take off the injector wiring and the fuel supply and return the its a case of getting to the manifold bolt which are Allen keys either 5mm or 6mm. Much easier with Allen key sockets, extension and a UJ if you have them. Pull the injectors out with the manifold and then you can remove them once the manifold is out. Also a good idea to renew your injector seals while they are out.
