i know with the k03s (which is what i have) the turbo outlet is 2.5 and the throttle body is on the agu too so might aswell stick witha  2.5

Agreed! Anything smaller will be restrictive. 

Think I read that even at 2.5 you will be restricted to 210.

oversize = as bad as too small

look at pipework on 500+ bhp evos etc, still 2.5"

Having doubts about the 2 1/4 size now  :undecided: it says good upto 350 though  :huh:

On that turbo 2" would be fine.
