Bumping from rear

Hi
Can anyone advise pleeeese!
Got a knocking/bumping from rear of gti mk 5
Have checked bump stops and seem ok
It's not parcel shelf etc
Is there another suspension component that needs checking? :undecided:
Any thoughts would be great
