Central locking/electric windows

Hi all, looking for a bit of help here.

My central locking and electric windows have stopped working abruptly, fine yesterday, nothing today. There was the car that comes up on the dashboard when you leave a door open, it looked like the tailgate was left up, i opened and shut this twice and the symbol remained. It was only when I switched the engine off this went out.

I don't know if this is a fuse problem or something more sinister. Having glanced at the fuses the diagram doesn't give much away.

could be the Convenience module under the steering wheel as it controls both central locking and windows

I had this issue way I sorted it was disconnect the battery 4 20 mins and then connect it worked fine after that!!
