Never. Old people are the most arrogant on the roads, closely followed by 17-23 year old boys. I bet he did on purpose, because he's fed up of listening to your dubstep till 3 am

This. I'd call the insurance first, pass on his car details and then call the police (on the non emergency number ofcourse - 101) and tell them what happened, that he is refusing to accept responsibility, that you have a witness and that you've notified your insurer. That will be enough to teach the old man some manners and a dose of f**k you.
