Don't forget to centre the seal on the holder leaving a overhang. Fold the excess up onto the seal ends once refitted. Also make sure to apply silicone sealant around the first screw hole and then backwards about 5 inches before putting the front seals on. This is a prone leaking point.
Applying a little sillicone liquid helps get the seals back in (the stuff plumers use to lubricate plastic pipes)
When removing these also prise them out from the middle and slide inwards, there are plastic clips at each end, just pulling them will snap em off.
Use a new rear tensionsing cable as well these stretch over time.
Get one from BAS as these have the outer tube that goes in the rear channel.
Glue wise you need a high temp adhesive.
Check the condition of the rear window frame too. Look gor bubbling under the seal, rust stains on the parcel shelf. If your considering replacing the headliner too, now would be the time to do it. You cannot retro fit afterwards as all the fixings are underneath.
Just a few pointers.
