if your car is non-pas then the passenger side track rod end is most likely fixed and not adjustable as per factory. only the driver side track rod is adjustable.
so a garage needs to dial the wheels in straight ahead using the passenger side wheel & then adjust the driver side track rod end so that its wheel is straight ahead. Then remove & refit the the steering wheel if it is off centre.
DO NOT LET THEM SET THE CAR AS STRAIGHT AHEAD USING THE STEERING WHEEL.
If you have PAS then you have an adjustable track rod either side, ignore all of the above, it can be adjusted like most normal cars lol
tracking and camber settings:-
tracking = tracked straight ahead, no toe in or toe out
camber = 1degree negative camber each side
