jetta flush boot panel?

i keep seeing jettas on the internet with the black panel that goes between the rear lights to make the back plush. they are all like a matt black panel. what is this call and where can i get one? what it a later gti part or is it after market?

like the one in this crap pic. the black flush numberplate surround between the rear lights.

ok sweet what are they called so i can search for the right thing? also will one fit strait onto m early jetta?

And should do as VW loathed to make major changes to panels in the 80's and 90's.

Aha found them. They are called a number plate tub.
Bloody expensive tho.
