So spent today trying to get the stance right,got the fronts as low as they will physically go, its a weird setup where the threaded section of the damper which has the adjusting rings is actually the bit that sets the height the whole unit turns and lowers into the hub,so when it stopped turning i reckon that means it is at its lowest,then the higher adjuster ring sits under the spring and that sets the damping rate(bouncyness) so i can't see how it can go lower,the rears on the other hand just can't figure them out at all,i'll attach pics to see if anyone can help

see that thing with the threads on it for the ride hight on the rear pull it out. Will see you sit lower.

yes and it will be lower and you will not have any adjustment then

yes the spring can not go anywhere 

its worth baring in mind that you may need your tyre profile changed as they may rub depending on what size and spacers etc your using thats if you remove the adjuster and cup that is

yes thats the bit, BUT its down to you to do it or not.

i'll look into removing that adjuster bit,i just think it should be lower without removing that though its supposed to be an 80mm drop

2 different pictures on google for rear springs,mine look more like the first pic but which of those springs would lower more ? the one with less coils?

unless the spring rating on the others is massive then yes the shorter spring would lower more.
