Changed my rear pads n discs yday on my golf mk4 gttdi all working fine but randomly comes up on dashboard sometimes saying STOP brake fault check service manual? Anyone had this issue before as they work fine I can't find the problem. Cheers

If its the rears I'd say low fluid. Weird it coming on after fitting new pads though.

Ye il check the fluid after work, but i dont see how it keeps coming up considering there brand new pads & discs and they work as they should

Sorry if asking silly question, but you sure the sensor was plugged back in correctly when changing pads???
Only cause I had that problem, but for me it was because cable had snapped!!!
