20vt Advice which direction?

This is my engine bay:


Spec:
AUM 180bhp 20vt

Im knowledge of the 20vt engines isnt very good as yet as ive came from the darkside (Diesel).

I just have a few questions about which direction should i go:


I have been looking at doing a k04 upgrade but i see gt28's and gt30's. What is the difference in power and what modification should i do to support these? Also i am currently running a 'rod box' so should i upgrade this to a 20vt gearbox? What would you recommend me to do?

AUM are all 150bhp buddy.

Depends what sort of power your looking for?
You have a K03s and tipically stage 2 k03s with every mod thrown at it would see around 240bhp 270lbs+

Or you could go K04 and relentless manifold and alot of supporting mods will get you 300bhp 270lbs+

Or even bigger power would need big turbo but youl need engine internal upgrades as youl be throwing rods out left right and centre lol

AS jamie said.  Personally id go stage 2 k03s.  far better power band/delivery than k04.
