VVT an agu engine???

is it poss to fit the VVT unit from say an ARY engine to an AGU engine, looks like the VVT unit will just unbolt, can this be done, has anyone done it, whats it like to do?

Yeah, The parts physically fit as you just unbolt tensioner, and cams and drop whole unit in....however, your ECU wont run it.

Yes it will as the cars an A3 that had an ARY 180 vvt, all ive done is replace the furbed engine with an AGU (was mega cheap) runs spot on, pulls well and TBH if it wasnt for the ECM light being on i wouldnt worry about fitting it, but as i have the VVT unit seems silly not to fit it as it will bolt in
