Upper strut installation
« on: 29 August 2012, 19:44 »
Evening lads,

I've just purchased myself a upper strut brace for my mk2 golf gti.

I'm just wondering is there a best way of fitting these or anything I should be aware of?

I've googled quite a bit and can't find any instructions on how to fit one to a mk2

Cheers

Robb

youve got to drill the strut tops inside the engine bay, best advise i can give is measure twice drill once. if you are not sure on how to do it get it to a garage, it might look straight forward but it can be a b!tch if you dont measure it right.

Cheers fella,

Should come through in the post tomorrow. So hopefully get in on this weekend...

I imagine theres not much point in a rear strut or lower front for the mk2 ?

Cheers
