Selling the golf, recommendations?
« on: 29 August 2012, 10:09 »
Yes the golf was smashed up AGAIN 2 nights ago, so decided to get it fixed using parts from the breakers and sell up.

You know when something happens to your car, and you instantly hate it from that point on?

2 bricks thrown at the rear. One through the window and other hit the bumper/boot lid. Also dented the roof due to the brick bouncing off the parcel shelf and hitting the headliner and ripping it..

New parts:

Rear boot lid.
New bumper.
New plate.
New headliner maybe?

So.... Looking at MK4 Polo TDI's..... What are these like?

Need a small diesel that isnt uber slow, and not french or italian?

I'd probably do the same as you, fix as cheap as poss and sell up as your hearts no longer with the golf.

you can always take the brick to the police, say it was an attempt on your life and they'll forensic it to hell and back, or if you know who did it go put the brick through their window
