Not a bad offer tho you should be able to squeeze a bit more out of them against a R. You will do well to get 15k in a private sale.

If you decide you want to sell your mods, I would be interested in your exhaust [/vulture] :wink:

Have to agree £15k doesn't sound too bad from a dealer and I am sure your mods are adding little to no added value to the offer.

^This! Deffo put it back to stock and sell the mods. :wink:

I enquired about trading mine for a 35 at the dealer i got my car from, it's april 2010 manual, only extras are the wheels RCD510 and camera and paint, only 13000 on it but even so offered me £18750 for it which i thought was great! He also said that he could get me a 35 within a fortnight if i wanted one but suggested i'd be better off waiting for a mk7! :smiley:

I then drove away from the VW dealer around the corner into the BMW dealership for a testdrive in a 1 series, 5 minutes later my VW dealer walks in as they're part of the same group! What ya doin in here?? :embarrassed: Lol

Interesting, I have similar spec but slightly lower mileage, how long ago was that offer on p/x made?

Just thinking about when I want to do a deal on a mk7.

Agree. Be prepared to walk away - also it is the end of the month so if you are able to sign today/tomorrow that might help as they will want to hit their sales targets for the month
