They go bloody well mate fair play.

I would take all the breather system out too and replace with catch can.
Do you have a turbo intake pipe?
You have good enough flow with intercooler and exhaust so thats sorted.
Which K03s do you have? The silenced version has a good actuator but I still upgraded to a forge unit and the difference once mapped is night and day!!!

If Rhyso cant help mate you have two choices imo R-tech or Badger 5. Both are excellent with 1.8ts but you have to makesure its in good running order as they have many little gremlins which can ruin your day lol Where you based?

I don't do 1.8T's full stop I'm afraid mate.  I'm mobile and they are bad enough to diagnose problems with a workshop let alone on the side of the road!  They suffer so many problems with split pipes, weak actuators etc etc most of which are borderline when you do the pre-map checks.  You then chuck more power at the engine and it has a hissy fit.........

Thanks

been told about a catch can, im not after big power around the 200ish mark il be happy with!
havent got a tip no looking for one at the moment, didnt realise how expensive they were! hah plus want one in black as all the rest of my pipe work is black.
the ko3s is a the 052 model, not sure what actuator thats running!
i rang up gwent vw earlier today as was recommended them but they cant do it, they said either rtec or jabba sport!
im from neath/swansea

Does the turbo have a big silencer on it like mine below

Yeah the turbo intake pipes are pretty expensive but worth the dollar, you can get them pretty cheap second hand but they never for sale long.
Mate an AGU with k03 will hit a brick wall at 200bhp so k03s would see a healthy 210-220bhp easy.
I would definatley remove the breather system as yours will be degraded by now, mine was terrible causing all sorts of vacuum leaks. If you need a hand give me a shout.

I cant recommend R-tech enough mate.

cheers man il look into it.
honestly no idea about the silencer, only photo of the turbo i have before it went on the car

my mates doing the conversion for me but we hit a problem at the moment, the ecu isnt sending a spark signal to the coilpacks, checked all the wiring and the ignition amp is there so no idea! :(
