You've considerably lowered the tone with that one. We'd better watch out, Lewy informed me GCHQ monitor all websites for lewd sh!t such as this. I thought it was just me for breaching the OSA, but apparently they frown upon pedophilia too  :smug:

Well today's the day the I'm supposed to have reached my target weight and have shed 31lbs

I started at 280lbs on the 13th of August and set myself a target weight of 249lbs and today I weighed in at 248lbs, so I've lost 32lbs. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it Barrym you b astard!

Admittedly I sit here typing with a Galaxy caramel and a San Miguel, but f**k me running, I feel I've earned it. I've decided to continue on until Christmas in the hope that I can shed another 8lbs and make 40lbs in total. I've definitely lost some muscle along the way, which I'm a bit unhappy about, but I'd say I've definitely lost 28lbs of fat. Makes me sick just saying it actually  :embarrassed:

Roll on the Christmas dinner and the arrival of my third child (due xmas eve)

Ps. f**k the 59.3% of you who thought I'd end up back on the beer and choccy by the end of August
