Lots of advice but the real key to losing weight is not cutting carbs out after lunch/2pm etc your body still needs carbs, consume less complex carbs yes but the key is getting your metabolism up to burn more. After burn is what you need to consider I.e. after running or doing excercise your body continues to burn calories. Interval training is the best for this, diet wise green tea (it tastes like crap but good for keeping your met up) nuts in small quants, brocolli etc all daily will help shift the weight. Other than that eat normal healthy meals regular and often.

I was not far off 16 stone about 16 months ago im now 13.4lb and feel so much better for it things I cut out

Chocolate, walkers crisps, fizzy pop, coffee, sugar in my tea and chips.

I still eat what I want but I just dont eat that lot above not very ofton anyway I drink plenty of water and still tuck into a curry most weekends.

Gym wise I run 5k tread mill, rowing about 10mins then I just do pure weights I just work 2 seperate parts of my body each time ago and rotate it.I go about 3 times a week day on day off sometimes sneak a fourth day in which can be hard with work and family time.
Its one of the best things ive ever done and feel so much better for it im far more leaner and alot fitter than I have every been and with my work being very pysical its helped alot.I recently binned about 4 pairs of jeans and T-shirts that were to big for me really shocked me how much weight I had lost lol.Good luck with it stick with it as the results can be slow but they do come in the end..

With a piss as well definitely, fluid is heavy, try weighing yourself before bed and when you get up in the morning too
