personally first thing id be doing is checking all the boost hoses for splits and vacuum pipes. theres a couple of common problems on these, but cant be 100% sure as to exactly what they are. someone on here will be able to tell you.
use the search button aswell, chances are the topics come up before

and welcome to the forum

coolant temp sensor fault will make it throw fuel in for fun as it doesn't know what temp the engine is running at

As others have said, get it scanned for fault codes anyone near you with vagcom can do this, it wont be definitive but itll give yu an idea, if its drinking fuel as Wazzer said temp sensor, also the lambda sensors can cause overfueling.
checkin for boost leaks is easy, boost leaks leak oil so look for any pipes with oil over them, most common ones are at the back of the intercooler and where the N249 and N112 valves are.
Where abouts are you as I am sure someone near could have a quick look if you're unsure
ARZ K03s, Oettinger Side Skirts, R32 front, Carbon stage 2, Forge 007p (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Pipercross panel filter with DSG parts, N249 and N112 deleted, SAI deleted, Carbon canister deleted, Rear wiper deleted, Long Life turbo back custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, VR6/G60 clutch kit, Creation Motorsport TIP, Catch can, 'Wellycooler', K04 charge pipe, S3 ported inlet manifold - looks pretty standard on the outside though :)
