I have another golf, this one was really cheap but it really isnt very nice.
I've got the door locks working, the windows going up and down, now ive got a few jobs to do on the dashboard.
Ive noticed that the ABS.Airbag warning lights dont work. (im not sure how it got its new mot like this !) I popped the module next to the steering wheel to find it not connected. Ive had a fish around behind the dashboard but cant find the connector that fits , its a long 6 pin socket. Im wondering if somebody has replaced this module with the wrong one. The only spare plug i can find is a smaller 4 pin red one. Is there a variant of this module that has a 4 pin fitting ?
Any help much appreciated...
