How can I change the rubber at the rear classes?

Hello all again!! I have a question for you, for one more time.. I want to change the rubber that is around of the rear glass at my 3door golf MK3. do you know how to do it? I must break the glasses?

Best to get the pros to do it as it is bonded on.
You do no have to brake the glass. You can cut it out with needle and thread. Saw and pull motion or get a stanley knife.
