Hi

I picked up a set of lovely black colour concept recaros for my MK3 last week and fitted them surprisingly easily.

However, I haven't got round to fitting the doorcards or connecting the heated seat plugs yet.

Has anyone else fitted heated leather recaros to a MK3 GTi and can they provide me with some advice on how to do this and how simple it is to wire up a switch on the dash etc to turn the heated seats on/off?

All ideas welcomed!

Tom

Very easy to wire the loom into the car, there are only three connections that plug into the colour coded section above the fusebox.

Then the other parts of the loom go to the seats and to the switch on the dash.

Ive just replied to your wanted thread, I have a loom and switch here.

Not exactly an easy job though!
Takes time and patience and small dextrous hands!

That is if you want to hide the wires.
