Arch trim screws?
« on: 23 August 2012, 17:00 »
I've got hold of some new trims and just wondered what screws I should use, at the moment mine are held on by a mix of different screws and pop rivets! It probably sounds like a very stupid question to most but I'm a complete noob

I've got some bathroom sealant in the lean too, you guys reckon that'll do? It's good stuff!

Needs to be something that grips not just seals.

I used sikaflex 212fc,you can get it from euro car parts or egay.
Best to get some clamps to hold the trim in place whilst it sets.
Also good to put the tube in hot water prior to use, makes it a little easier to squeeze it out.

Failing that hubba bubba chewing sticks well, smells good too.
