Another thing to check before installing a new pump is the housing bolts. I've received new pumps and found the the bolts for the housing were loose. Just check that they're tight before installing the pump.

Thanks for all the replys guys ;) fitted new waterpump but still looseing coolant :( ive had enough of this engine now!!! Just put a deposit down on new engine will update when complete
