According to the German Auto Bild, those interior pictures are from a Brazilian auto blog and "could" show the new interior and the new entertainment system which comes in three different sizes. It also mentions a dictating function for social websites such as Twitter.
I think I must be getting old but why the hell would I want to dictate something to Twitter on the way down the M62???!!!

Amen to that! Wtf!

VW needs to move with the times as far as the Golf is concerned.

Since I've been looking at other new cars, I've noticed most if not all have some facility to access the internet be it Facebook, twitter, news or the weather. It might not be to everyone's tastes but cars are evolving and they need to keep up.

I don't know if it was just a Golf thing in that it had little in the way of extras as most were already included, but most other marques I looked at had umpteen "useful" extras whereas the Golf only seemed to have a few basic ones.

Looks like an a3. And are they mk4 style rear light clusters just poking around the corner?

It's a Golf.

Therefore, millions will buy one, most of us on here included.

Having looked at it more closely it looks like a cross between a giant Polo and a Mk4 Golf. The interior tilted towards the driver is particularly Mk4 ish. And it's certainly a damned sight nicer than the new A3. Now that is dull!!!!
