Starting a new dub project thread

Hi guys, I'm fairly new to the forum and I want to start a dub project thread but  know how to as there aren't any options to do so?

I have pm'd iv but not heard back so far? Any help much appreciated. Thank you

I was asking a valid question, with a little light banter thrown in! If OP PM'd "IV" then maybe thats why he had no response. I've never tried PMing a non valid username to see what happens
