F*****G PARKING FINES!

just got home and had this waiting for me.

try and do the sensible thing and pull in somewhere to make a phone call for 15 mins and get a F*cking fine for it
WHAT A JOKE!!!  :angry:

Would this be one of those private companies that you can get away with not paying, or can anyone recommend someone i can speak to?
