I do have an MSA license and I have competed in some time trials. So not like proper wheel to wheel racing but near enough.

[Len Logic]Ergo - Don't bother signing it if you aren't a "REAL" surfer and aware of who Surfers Against Sewage are.

So Nick, I suggest you go and remove your signature from the form. [/Len Logic]

I'm not a "real" surfer, or any kind of surfer thus do not have or need a membership number.

I don't have long enough nails to hold on tightly enough anyway.

I better ask for my signature to be removed, I'm obviously not a real surfer because I don't know who the f@ck the SAS were - I actually thought the SAS were an elite British armed forces unit, not some surfer dudes.

Damn!

Alright I will comment!

"Surfer dudes"
Well yes it did start out like that back in 1990/1991 as a group of surfers who got together in Cornwall and started SAS because nobody else was doing anything about raw sewage outfalls.
They quickly became a very effective pressure group and succeeded in changing EU regulations that forced the private water companies of this country to actually do something about the very poor situation and serious risk to health.
I myself contracted pneumonia and was part of their survey of water users that provided backing to their campaigns with Parliament.
Today they are a globally respected organisation, consulted by Government bodies, even receiving funding from The Environment Agency.

But I thought all 'real surfers' pissed themselves in their wetsuits to keep warm?
