vr6 clutch creek

hi not to good at the machanical side of cars but theres a creeking sound when i put the clutch down and up but you can only really hear it from outside of the car, any ideas/fixes?

its the plunger from the slave creaking on the actuator arm inside the gearbox, it wont do any harm, but it is annoying mine & a friends do it, as we are children when parked up its funny to creak them in time......  :rolleyes:
