Sure it runs, but I think they guy has spent a lot of time (but probably not much money) on the looks; cutting panels here, putting in wooden seats, cutting out pillars, suicide doors, changed the boot hatch, installing a swing.
The cosmetic work probably took as much time as the mechanical work.
It looks really rough, but I guess that's intentional.
Perhaps it's a statement about how much work and effort people put into show cars that only ever travel by trailer and aren't used for driving.
