Simple answer yes, but I would only imagine that it's meant to be a piece of art rather than a drivable car (so people keep telling me) so in that case it's fit for purpose...

is kinda though. rat look is were you keep a car going for the engine, looks wise your not too bothered (well thats what it was untill kids started tiping salty water on pannels to be cool) and he hasent done anything to the body work(apart from probly bushes and stuff it needs to be safe)only to the engine which was burnt beyone repairability so replaced with another motor

how? owner has focused on making it run which it does (albeit not very well or fast) rather than the body work. pretty much what a rat is to me.
