Rat gone too far?

Apparently, the car has suffered a serious crash and its engine has burnt out, so now it has a two-stroke Trabant unit that is barely capable of moving the vehicle.
i call it stupid.

Simple answer yes, but I would only imagine that it's meant to be a piece of art rather than a drivable car (so people keep telling me) so in that case it's fit for purpose...

seen it before .looks terible but as said think its ment to be more of a show peice than a daily. and iirc it gets taken to hows on a trailer.
