Well if i had to runn it i would lose the extra pipe .

That was a thought of mine. Was thinking about cutting off the pipe at the box and welding in a plate to make it a single

Na.
If I was to fit it with both I would cut each side square up the the green part of bumper then have the poke from the black bit about 10mm so they are almost flush.
So the bottom of the tips are level with the bottom of the black plastic bit of the bumper. To loose the hanging exhaust look.

I've got huge respect for you and the way your modding your car on a budget as i'm trying to do this too mainly because i'm a tight ar*e and because i don't think my old mk3 is worth spending real folding money on but that exhaust will just look wrong, to save money and use the part i'd cut off the extension and just have it as a single exit.

Gotta agree not loving the twin exhaust but modded to a single would work.... Wheels look cool too BTW
