A favour to ask if I may

I am looking to sell my Nissan 200sx and go for something that actually manages to do more than 15mpg..... mainly because of my loosing my job recently

I however know very little about Golf's but I have been advised by many that a Mk2 golf would suit me, and preferably a 16v mainly because I seem to be more attracted to high revs than torque.

If any kind owners around Norwich would be good enough to meet up and maybe give me a ride in either an 8v or 16v so I can get a feel I'd very much appreciate it.... you can also laugh at my fuel guage go down every time I even think of touching the accelerator on mine

hello mate its jim potter from the sxoc, i have a golf mk2 16v at the mo, and if u wanna meet me in colchester or say ipswich i , will glady let u have go in my 16v..

as said b4 , they are faitly good on mpg, and u'll more than likely get twice what u r getting now. spares r cheap, unlike the nissan , and so is insurance, my ins company actually gave me money back
