try and get some WD40 on the nuts on the tie rods before you bring it in to loosen it up, its the nuts that are against the track rod end. If its too tight they will try and get you to pay them to loosen it!! I havent told you that!!

Dont like vr splitters
Flaps may have to go and i may have to raise it half an inch as after driving to work today im surprisedi still have tyres left thry scraped that much. ... Didnt take onto account bew tyres being 215/40's old ones were 195/40's
Its down as low as it will go with helpers in which they claim to be 120mm
