Well the first person to hit the bumper has agreed to pay the painters directly, which leaves me a dilemma on how much to tell the other guy to stop it going through insurance

I've got a ball park figure of £160 (£130 to paint bumper, £10 for number plate surround, £20 for pressed plate) so might try and see what he says
